This implies you can go from zero to 50% battery on your iPhone 15 in approximately 30 minutes. That’s acceptable, but quicker would be preferred.

Having a charging capability of up to 40W through wired charging would significantly decrease the time needed to charge, as long as the charging plug is strong enough. In theory, this could imply that the iPhone 16 could be charged from 0 to 50% in just over 15 minutes.
